| Remote Server Reboot Procedure |

For Any server reboot and hotline support, customer is required to
provide the following information for NOC's staff to verify:-
- Company Name: Hong Kong e-Solutions
- Customer Full Name
- Customer Telephone Number
- After all the above relevant information
provided correctly, the customer can state out any technical
support wanted (For example: server reboot, cable connection,
etc.)
- After the requisition is completed, NOC's
staff will call back the customer in order to close the
case.
Note:
- Data Centre and Technical support is operating
in 7x24.
- Any system login name, password and administration
works are totally rejected to provide or disclose from the
customer to our NOC¡¦s staff, due to security issue
and company policy.
