Remote Server Reboot Procedure

For Any server reboot and hotline support, customer is required to provide the following information for NOC's staff to verify:-

  1. Company Name: Hong Kong e-Solutions
  2. Customer Full Name
  3. Customer Telephone Number
  4. After all the above relevant information provided correctly, the customer can state out any technical support wanted (For example: server reboot, cable connection, etc.)
  5. After the requisition is completed, NOC's staff will call back the customer in order to close the case.

Note:

  1. Data Centre and Technical support is operating in 7x24.
  2. Any system login name, password and administration works are totally rejected to provide or disclose from the customer to our NOC¡¦s staff, due to security issue and company policy.
